Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at studioflames1@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
